Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of Furry Bebe (the "Service"). The Service is operated by an individual and provides pet breed information, AI consultations, and adoption-experience simulations.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Member" means a person who has joined the Service and uses it.
  2. "Content" means text, images, AI-generated responses, and other materials provided in the Service.
  3. "AI consultation" means the feature that provides pet-related information using AI technology.

Article 3 (Use of the Service)

  1. The Service is available after sign-up; some features are also available without an account.
  2. The Service is provided year-round in principle, but may pause temporarily for maintenance.
  3. The adoption experience inside the Service is a simulation and is unrelated to actual animal adoption.

Article 4 (Use Restrictions)

Use of the Service may be restricted for the following actions.
  • Impersonating others or registering false information
  • Interfering with normal operation of the Service
  • Using information obtained via the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Other acts that violate applicable laws

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

  1. Copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the operator.
  2. Members may use information obtained from the Service for personal purposes only and may not copy or distribute it without the operator's prior consent.

Article 6 (AI Consultation Disclaimer)

AI consultations are for reference only and do not replace veterinary care.
  1. AI consultations are reference material that provides general pet-related information and do not replace professional veterinary diagnosis or prescription.
  2. The operator is not responsible for judgments or actions made based on AI consultation results.
  3. If your pet's health is in doubt, please consult a veterinarian without delay.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The operator is not liable for service interruption due to force majeure, system failures, and other unavoidable causes.
  2. The operator does not intervene in disputes between members or between members and third parties, and bears no responsibility for such disputes.
  3. Accuracy and completeness of information provided by the Service is not guaranteed; users should rely on their own judgment.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

  1. The operator may modify these terms as needed; changes will be announced in the Service.
  2. Members who do not agree to the changed terms may discontinue use and withdraw their account.
